Hawaiian Wedding Cake

Hi I hope everyone had a great Easter. I am sorry I have not posted anything new, I had a fall and have been a little under the weather. I will post my daughters favorite dessert that she has to have to make the Fourth Of July complete.

Hawaiian Wedding Cake

This dessert you must referigate before servering. This is a very simple and tastes great.
You will need the following
1 White Jiffy Cake mix
2 large French Vanilla instant pudding
1 8oz Philidelphia Crean Cheese
3 Cups of Milk
1 Large can of crushed Pineapple
1 Large Cool Whip
Cocount is optional If you want to add cocount you will just need a small bag to sprinkle some on the top of your finished cake

First take your cake mix and follow the directions on the box. Set your oven at the degrees stated on the box for a pan size of 13x9. Let your cake cool down.

Your next step while the cake is in the oven would be let your cream cheese soften at room tempture, get your mixing bowl and put in the softened cream cheese and take your mixer and mix the cream cheese, then add to that your 2 large French Vanilla pudding(sometimes its hard to find the french vanilla pudding if so just use vanilla make sure its the instant)mix slowly when you have it mixed up add your 3 cups of milk. Again you will want to mix slowly because it will fly all over.

When you have your cake cooled, take your vanilla mixture and pour over cake, then spread with a knife.

Now you will take your large crushed pineapple, drain it and spread over your vanilla mixture

Now you take your cool whip and spread over the top. There you have your new dessert
If your adding cocount spread over the top to your taste.

I hope you and your family will enjoy this as much as my family does
